What is your Return Policy?

We don't accept returns or exchanges of product. If your order was damaged in-transit or if you've received the wrong order, please email us at info@regattacraftmixers.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Regatta product, please take note of the code that is printed on the neck or bottom of product and email it to us at info@regattacraftmixers.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.

How do I edit or change my one-time order?

Due to the fact that our orders process quickly, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please email us at info@regattacraftmixers.com for further questions.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Email us at info@regattacraftmixers.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours and will work to help you resolve your issue.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please reach out to us at info@regattacraftmixers.com with any questions.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We just ship within the Continental US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We typically process orders in 1-2 days. Once shipped, orders shipped UPS ground typically take 2-6 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We except all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal, Google Pay & Venmo.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after completion of your order.
